We want to offer the same hospitality and comfort as ever, safeguarding your health and wellbeing even in such extraordinary times as these.

To this end we have introduced new rules and precautions, so that when we reopen conditions are as safe as possible for our guests and staff. Our aim will always be for you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, counting on our hospitality and professionalism.

New measures will be adopted to respect social distancing, in particular:

• Check in and check out procedures: we will always be on hand to help during your stay, as we always have been, while respecting regulations; there will be a hand sanitiser dispenser available at reception. You can check in quickly by leaving your documents at reception, or sending your details ahead by email. At check out you can ask to receive your bill via email and let us know your credit card details for us to charge it.
• Dining: There will be a hand sanitiser dispenser at the entrance of the restaurant; we would like our guests to be able to serve themselves at the buffet, so there will be a plexiglass guard in place to protect it. If this is not possible guests will be required to wear a mask. Room service will be available for those who prefer to eat breakfast and dinner in their room. Dinner will be available by reservation only and there will be a menu at every table, to avoid it being passed around.
• Cleaning of rooms and comunal areas: Hygiene and cleanliness have always been of fundamental importance to us and we are putting in place extra measures to further guarantee the safety of our guests and staff. Specific cleaning products will be used, with particular attention paid to objects like TV remotes, door handles, safes, lifts etc. All spaces will be aired and sanitised daily.
• Use of the spa: upon reservation it is possible to access our wellness center in total safety.

In order for our measures to be effective, we also need your help: we ask you to inform us immediately in case of any syptoms, however mild; to wash your hands frequently; to maintain your distance when in proximity to others, like at the breakfast buffet; not to share the lift with people who are not in your room, and to wear a mask and gloves when requested.

You can move around freely in the wide open spaces of our mountains as well as enjoy sport, excursions, walks and admire our spectacular scenery. You can ask for a packed lunch the night before at reception; if you would like to eat at a mountain restaurant we advise booking in advance so you can find out their own requirements before you go.
